· Assembly of progressive dies requires skilled and dedicated toolmakers, precise equipment and a clean environment. Large die sets are fully machined in one setup to ensure fast turnaround times and high accuracy.

 

· Our 500 ton Minster press has a 60” X 120” bed. This allows us to develop tooling efficiently without the need for scheduling customer press time.

 

 

 

 


· Forming simulation software is employed in order to solve forming problems before they arise. We simulate forming processes to predict thinning and optimize formability in difficult parts.
